Atriums

Many multi-floored buildings have a central atrium.  Usually these spaces have a function related to heating and ventilation, or they may be a space formed by the enclosure of two or more neighbouring buildings.  Atriums are often well lit and spacious - ideal situations for spectacular plant displays that enhance the image of the building and provide a good view from the adjoining offices.
