Metro stations in Paris

The Paris Metro underground railway system includes an ultra-modern line called the Météor.  Some of the stations include plant displays in specially-design feature beds opposite the station platforms.

As the stations are underground, there is no natural light.  Special horticultural lighting is used to ensure that the plants are able to survive.

The plant displays here were installed and are maintained by Rentokil Plantes, Rentokil Initial's interior landscaping business in France.
